La Programación Neurolingüística (PNL) es un programa de formación dedicado al desarrollo de habilidades que han sido ampliamente ignoradas por la mayoría de los planes de estudio tradicionales (Universidades, escuelas de Management…):
Lo que distingue a la PNL de muchos otros enfoques es su alto nivel de confianza en el lenguaje no verbal y sensorial para entender el comportamiento humano. Aunque la “L” signifique lingüística y lenguaje, la PNL es ante todo comportamiento y sensación. Creada en los años 70 y perfeccionada desde entonces, la PNL ha demostrado ser muy adaptable y se enseña en todo el mundo.
La PNL nació de la observación del comportamiento humano. En lugar de cuestionar constantemente las razones por las que algo no funciona, sus fundadores (Grinder y Bandler) han desarrollado una metodología para modelar a las personas que utilizan sus capacidades de forma extraordinaria. El objetivo es poner esta experiencia a disposición de los demás.

Studying “Ontological Coaching” was a process that allowed me to experience flexibility, acceptance, to allow myself to ask questions, to learn to validate the other as such, with all his being. This program allowed me to know and “understand” myself much more than I expected. Knowing myself better gave me the possibility to make changes, to make decisions with more conviction and to regain confidence in myself.
